Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Rituals of India, you agree to the following terms.

1. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after receiving a token or advance payment. No order will be processed without payment confirmation.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are exclusive of GST and shipping charges, unless explicitly mentioned. Payment modes accepted:

• UPI
• Bank Transfer

Orders may require a token advance (for future dispatch orders) or full advance payment. Balance payment must be cleared before dispatch.

3. Payment Delays

Any delay in payment from the customer's side will directly result in delay in order processing and delivery. Rituals of India will not be responsible for missed deadlines due to delayed payments.

4. Product Nature

We deal in handcrafted and assorted items (German Silver, Brass, handicrafts, etc.). Minor variations in colour, finish, size, and print are natural and are not considered defects.

5. Customisation & Approval

• Designs (if applicable) are shared for approval before production.
• Once approved, no changes will be accepted under any circumstances.
• All customisation requests are chargeable extra.
• No design revisions are provided.

6. Production Timeline

There is no fixed production timeline. Minimum expected timeline is 10–15 days. Urgent orders are accepted only if stock and production capacity allows.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. All payments — token or full — are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

8. Refund & Replacement Policy

In case of a wrong product, damaged product, or missing items, we will offer a replacement or refund at the sole discretion of Rituals of India.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No claims will be entertained after this window.

9. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping charges are extra unless specified otherwise.
• Courier partners may include Trackon and others.
• A tracking ID will be shared within 2 business days of dispatch.

We aim to deliver within committed timelines. However, delays may occur due to payment delays, courier issues, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Rituals of India shall not be held liable for delays.

10. Loss or Delay in Transit

Once the order is dispatched, responsibility shifts to the courier partner. We will assist where possible but are not liable for delays or losses caused by courier services.

11. Customer Responsibility

The customer must ensure correct spelling of names and details, timely approvals, timely payments, and availability for communication. Errors from the customer's side will not be compensated.

12. Intellectual Property

All product designs, styling, and concepts remain the property of Rituals of India. Unauthorised copying or commercial use is not permitted.

13. Marketing & Content Rights

Rituals of India reserves the right to photograph and publish your order for use on Instagram and other marketing channels. If privacy is required, it must be communicated in advance.

14. Official Communication

We operate only via Instagram @rituals.of.india and WhatsApp +91 9079249117. We are not responsible for frauds or scams via unofficial pages or numbers.

15. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the order value paid. We are not responsible for indirect losses, emotional distress, or event-related losses such as wedding delays.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemic situations, or any events beyond our control.

17. Jurisdiction

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
